They are still self-aware, and they realize that they are depressed and on the
verge of becoming even more depressed. They know that only with the greatest
difficulty will they be able to keep themselves from going under emotionally.
An inner light is going out, one which they fear may never rekindled.
Everything seems to be futile and dying.
他们依然有自知之明,他们知道自己的沮丧,并且可能在变得更沮丧,他们知道只有和最大
的困难在一起,才不会在感情上陷得更深,因此,内心之火逐渐熄灭，并可能永远无法再点
燃。任何事情似乎都只是白费力气，并逐渐死亡。
"只有和最大的困难在一起"这句话看起来好像有点奇怪,如果有什麽好的建议,麻烦告诉我
一下,谢谢!
