在and之後，我就有点看不懂了。
是指说保险经纪可从他无法收取之保费的保户帐户中取得佣金吗？
那麽第三句（the total debit.....）中的debit又该是什麽意思呢？
是指保险经纪所获得的佣金总金额是新保单保费与续保保单保费的佣金总和吗？
还有一个小问题，保险经纪人，可否称为保险仲介？或保险业务？
哪一种说法比较适合呢？
可否请各位前辈指点一下？
