原文：实验组成员个别访谈内容指出，成员认为自我决断训练对其人际关系与相处上有
相当的助益，於团体过程中学习到不少沟通技巧，并能勇敢表达自己的想法和感
受。参与本次自我决断团体经验对成员多有正向的影响，而彼此间亦能观察到成
长与进步。
中翻英：The memberships in experimental group thought it was a great
improvement in their interpersonal behavior through AT. They learned
about communicative competence and expressed reflection fearless.

，而团体疗效因子随着团体阶段的不同而有所变化。

为显着，可提升其人际关系效能；对於自我与人际互动觉察力不足者，则应将团

中翻英：The results of analyzing single subjects of the experimental group
are as follow：(a)For the type of people interaction with others badly,
TA can effectively improve the interpersonal efficacy including
conflist avoidance, dependecy and shyness. (b).For the type of people
imperceptive, we shoulded modify TA session. In the meantime, it has
to accompany with improvement in their interpersonal behavior.
