等核心 feature 落实後...
: 我是想说when在此是当成关系副词
: 也就是说when引导的後面那个句子是等同於先行词the time之类的
: 只是这个句子省略掉先行词
: 所以如果我把他翻成「这是一个核心特徵具体实现的年代/时期」

: 不过把when当成「当...时」，翻出来的句子好像也没差多少
: 「在当时核心特徵被具体实现」
: 只是我自己觉得啦，when在此不是「当」
