爬了文，也去法律板看过都找不到相关的资讯
希望有强人帮我一下！ 原文如下：
１原判决关於上诉人应给付被上诉人新台币XXXX元废弃。
２前开废弃部份，被上诉人之请求驳回。
如果翻成这样可以嘛？
1. Revoke the previous judgment that appellant should pay NTD XXX to appellee.
2. Dismiss the demand of appelle in the previous revocation.
