可以形成二组队伍，(not compeleted)
1.groups "of two" 没有译出来。
2.「组」成会比「形」成好。

Ver1. 一个队员与另一位相对。(weird)
Ver2. 每位队员会与另一位相对。(weird)
这里的 each，指的应该是 each group。而其所对抗的，是剩下两个没有加入两人小
组的球员中的一人。

from a group of two.
Ver1. 球从一队的两人开始，第一位冲刺的队员也是从这两人的这一队产生。(weird)
Ver2. 从两队的其中一队开球，也从这一队的第一位队员开始竞速。(weird)
不知道该怎麽说，我只能说你这两个版本应该都有问题。最大的问题点在於，这里并
没有说第一个冲刺的队员必须隶属於开球队伍，这里只有说开球由两人小队开，然後
第一个进行冲刺的球员必须是两人小队中的球员。

完全无法理解为什麽你会这样子翻译。
原文是 The drill is useful for "demonstrating" the full body rotation
并不是 The drill is useful for the full body rotation
再者，你的译文里，并没有译出 full body rotation 与 moving from the finish
of the forward sweep to the start of the reverse sweep 间的必要关系。
The drill may be varied by edging the boat first on the inside edge and then
the outside edge for the full turn.
此训练因一开始缓慢移至船的内缘然後再移到外缘，会产生整体旋转而使练习可能有所
变化。
还是一样，无法理解你在翻什麽。
1.edging the boat first on the inside edge and the outside edge 是一种改变
训练内容的做法。并不是用来「产生整体旋转」。
2.原文中并没有「因一开始... 再移到外缘，会... 」这种因果关系的存在。
3.这整句是在讲训练内容可以如何变化，并不是在叙述一个现象。
老实说，这份译文的问题不光是「不顺」而已。
