呼~小弟又出现在这里了> < 先感谢上次板友热情给予意见 深深感谢!! 不过这次小弟又遇上一个困难翻了好久翻不出来 Thus the general rules on persons and things which appear at the outset of the German Code are placed in the Swiss Civil Code in the context in which they have their practical application,that is,in the law of persons and property；instead of having general rules on legal acts,act.7 ZGB contains a provision according to which‘the general provisions of the law of obligations regarding the creation,performance and termination of contracts…are applicable to other relationship s of private law’ . 因此人法的概括条款最初出现在德国法典然後被置於瑞士民法典中， (瑞士民法典)在人法和物法他们有他们的实际应用；因为没有关於一般法律行为 的概括条款 代替的是瑞士民法第七条的规定「债法关於契约之发生、履行和废弃...等等 的概括条款，是可以适用在其他私法的体系上。」 因为英文也不是很好 翻的一整个很混乱 不知道这样翻可不可以 希望高手可以赐教 指点一下迷津 感激 --
